Returns Policy

At Safe Apparels, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return most new, unused, and unwashed items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Defective or Incorrect Items: If the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective item received), we will cover the return shipping costs.

Refund Processing Time: Once we receive your return, please allow up to 14 business days for the refund to be processed. This timeframe includes:

• 3-5 business days for the item to reach us.
• 3-5 business days for us to inspect and process the return.
• 3-5 business days for your bank to process the refund.

Shipping

We offer delivery services within Nairobi and across Kenya. For deliveries within Nairobi, we provide a cash-on-delivery option or payment via our MPESA Buy Goods number 680781. For deliveries outside Nairobi, we require payment prior to dispatch.

Shipping Estimates: Once you place an order, we will provide estimated delivery dates based on the availability of your items and the chosen shipping method. Typically, deliveries within Nairobi are completed within 1-3 business days, while deliveries outside Nairobi may take 3-5 business days.

Weight-Based Shipping: Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of the items. All shipping weights are rounded up to the next full kilogram as per courier policies.
