Refund and Exchange Policy

At Safe Apparels, we strive to ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase. If an item does not fit, you may return it for an exchange within 3 days from the date of purchase.

Exchange Conditions:

    • The merchandise must be in good condition — unworn, unwashed, and with all tags intact.

    • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

How to Exchange:

  1. Visit our store with the item and proof of purchase.

  2. Our team will inspect the item to ensure it meets the exchange conditions.

  3. If approved, you can select a different one of the same item (subject to availability).

Important Notes:

    • Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

    • We do not offer refunds — only exchanges.

EXCEPTIONS

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

    •     Branded Workwear as per clients request
    •     Custom made workwear as per clients request
    •     Personal protective equipment on clearance sale
